Hi guys
As you all know, I started on Monday on Extra Easy....
I dont think I have my head around it yet......
This is my query....
In the latest magazine, there is a recipe for curry.... it says on it... on a green day its free.
So, am I right in saying that the entire recipe is free then on EE.????
Sorry if that seems a silly question....
:sigh:

Yep it is free. You always take the lowest Syn value between red and green to get extra easy. Thats the greatness of it!!!!!!!!! (Even better when the lowest value is FREE!! :) )

Yes, any meals in the mag which are free on red or green would be free on EE.

Although you can eat green/red at the same meal on EE, you don't have to. I often have a veg pasta or risotto for tea (green) but have bacon and beans for breakfast (EE) and jacket and tuna for lunch (EE)The flexibility with EE is that you don't have to think about which day your are on or what foods to eat.

Yep, it's free on EE and the bonus is that you can add lean meat to the recipe and it'll still be free!

Enjoy!
