Extra Easy SP Extra Easy SP Plan

Does anyone else struggle at breakfast time?
Most says I'm having cereal or fruit.
I don't really like to eat a lot first thing plus I'm lazy and don't wanna get up to cook lol so just wondered if anyone had any good breakfast ideas please xxx

I would have to as i couldn't fit anything else in lol x

Can anyone tell me if this is a EESP day please? I didn't try to do this today just thought it might be it so wanted to ask x

B-Bacon no fat x2, 1x egg in frylight and Plum tomato
L- Pastrami slices, cucumber, carrot and pepper sticks with pickled onions
D- 1 x Linda McCartney rosemary and onion sausage, carrot and swede Mash with peas and brocolli and chicken gravy (1.5 Syn)
P- Curly wurly (6 Syn)
Snack- 2 x Alpen light bar (HeB) 3 x Baby bel light (HeA) popcorn (2.5 Syn)
I could be wrong, but although they are free, I don't think Linda Mac sausages count as a P food on SP days

Syn Free Creamy Tomato & Butternut Squash Soup.
Suitable on Extra Easy SP too.
Full of flavour & will last me the weekend.

Ingredients:
1 tin of chopped tomatoes (S)
250g passata (S)
Half a butternut squash, cut into small pieces (S)
250ml of chicken/vegetable Oxo stock
25g of red lentils (P)
Two tablespoons of Quark (P)
Salt & Pepper.

Method:
Place all the ingredients apart from the Quark into a large pan.
Add abit of salt & pepper. Cook for around 20-30 minutes until everything is nice & soft. Once ready stir in the two tablespoons of Quark & blitz using a hand blender.

Ooh liver - I make lovely syn-free pate with lambs liver, just put chunks of it with some chopped onions into a pan and cover with cold water, bring it to the boil, leave to cool for ten minutes or so then drain all the liquid off and blitz in the food processor/blender with a few tbsp of fat free cottage cheese and a good sprinkle of garlic salt until it's smooth. Takes a little while to go smooth, just persevere and keep blending! You may need to scrape down the sides of the mixer so you don't have lumpy bits. Spoon it into a tupperware box and stick it in the fridge for at least an hour or two (it goes harder as it cools so don't worry if it's a bit sloppy when it's mixed!). Love this on my HexB bread/toast for a tasty supper treat in front of the TV, yum! It's also nice if you feel like adding bacon and/or a few dry-fried mushrooms to the mix as well...

(Not sure if it's SP friendly or not - can you have cottage cheese on SP? Doesn't really matter to me anyway, I'm a red girl lol)

I love that x made it a few weeks ago and its lovely isnt it xxx

I really loved doing EESP and I did it the first week of January, I lost 5.5lbs even with a meal out. I did have 2 days where I had a fat free yogurt so class them as 95% days. I would recommend anyone doing it that you read, read and read what you can have, plan, make sure you have your plate split between S and P foods and use your syns.

Fantastic loss in first week!!
I made that mistake last week, thought id done well and obviously hadnt read the rules properly and had been having my usual muller light 10am snack!! Still lost 2Lb which is a good loss for me, so was happy but this week am doing 4 days SP properly, got Eggs as my snack and chicken pieces (no yogurt!) and planned all my evening meals out and Made batch of speed carrot and coriander soup for my lunches! Fingers crossed for decent loss on Thursday following it 100%!
