Extra Easy SP Extra Easy SP Plan

Sian,thats whats made me so down about the whole plan last week, i LOVE carbs, have pasta and rice salads at lunch and pasta or potatoes every evening. Thought SP would really boost my loss to have no carbs after being such a carb fiend, so as i had 3 days the 1st week on SP and the full 7 days at 100% on it the second week and lost only 3lb total. I was gutted and really disheartened about it as it was a massive struggle for me to eat well without carbs! Have reverted to EE this week with reduced carb intake and feel much better and happier for it. SP is obviously having amazing results for some people but clearly doesnt work for me!xx


I have been away for nearly 2 weeks, that's why I thought I'd give it a go, to me the best part is the two healthy B's. Just hoping with having no alcohol since I've been back and being back on plan will have me the same weight I was before my holiday.. Wishful thinking but you never know x
 
After doing almost a week on SP last week, I finally feel like I'm back to normal! Was so unbelievably tired and my gut was not impressed! Weigh in tonight, better do better than last week!
 
sorry if this has already been asked but I am going to try this plan this week just looking for some dinner ideas, could I have mushy pea curry with onion through it and a side of veg ? also has anyone done it for 5 days and had good results ? xx

Hiya I did it for 6 days two weeks ago and was a little disappointed as I got a loss the same as a normal ee week so it didn't feel like it was worth giving up so much (I think I set my sights a bit high too!). However last week I had a 3 day crazy food fest where I went mad and yet still managed an even bigger loss than the previous which must have been down to doing sp-mine paid off a week later-thankfully :)

thanks, I think I will give it a go.. ive not had a great day and weigh in is on Wednesday so I was thinking of a few days of this would help me backtrack what I've ate today. its just really planning what to have and been prepared xx

I will definitely do it again for a boost (although I think I'll need to be really good this week else the truck load of food may come back to bite me lol!)
Planning definitely helped me I made sure I bulk cooked sp friendly foods so I didn't have to think too hard on the week. I think I do things generally a little different than most lol but it suits me :)

I'm still getting my head around SP. So you are still able to eat your HEA and HEB. I'm more than half way into week 2 and so far I haven't lost anything after an amazing loss of 6 3/4lb last week. I get weighed on monday and would like to do 2 days of SP to boost a weight loss. I'd be happy with even a 1 lb when nothing happens I get disheartened and fall into bad habits.

B. Bacon baked beans P
Tomatoes, mushrooms. S

L egg omlette . P
mixed veg S.

D Chicken, 5 mixed beans P
Carrot swede mash, sprouts. S

Hex a milk
Hex b cereal and two benefit bars.

snacks fruit, satsuma, apple.

Syns 6, two chocolates.
Feeling really full up today.
Good luck to all trying this sp plan, i am only going to do two days as i am a maintainer with a couple of pounds to get shifted before it is a couple of stones, so easily done.

Pizza & Bacon Cheeseburger
(2.5 syns for the pepperoni). Tasted absolutely amazing.

I made it using 5% fat mince beef mixed with some chopped bacon bits, 1 beef oxo & abit of salt & pepper. Binded into a burger & grilled either side until cooked through. I added a slice of bacon with fat removed & fried onions & 1 slice of low fat cheese. I made the pizza using 1 Weight Watchers love fibre pitta bread cut in half this is the HEB & covered with tomato purée. Topped with 20g of low fat cheddar. This & the low fat cheese slice are the HEA. I added 12g of pepperoni slices (2.5 syns) & a sprinkle of oregano to really give it a pizza taste then grilled for a couple of minutes. Once ready stack your burger onto the pizza along with the bacon, cheese slice & onions & place a skewer through the middle.
It was so nice & tasted very naughty.

All the info is great. I haven't been to group for a while as I'm working so much so will be trying the SP plan for the first time this week.

Hi - I'm new and loving all the wonderful advice and pictures you post. I have question about EE SP. If bananas, potatoes etc are not free how do you work out how many syns they are if you eat them on EE SP? thanks
