Extra Easy to a leaner me!

i dunno why this multi quote thing never works for me!! lol def go docs hun and get tested for the diabetes. All the symptoms are there. If you are and you get the medication it can help with weight loss too. Fab to hear you are back at classes and your food diarys are looking great. good luck hunny x

I'm peeing for England - it's embarrassing actually!. Went the pub for a few games of pool with the other half and the place was dead and in the space of an hour and a half I went the bog 6 times and they where massive ones too not dribbles lol (tmi sorry :D) I'd only had a glass of diet coke. The woman behind the bar must've thought I was a right weirdo. Then after the 5 minute walk home I was desperate for the bog again. Same in the night 4/5 times...I'm knackered from peeing actually lol. I've been borderline for the last 6 years - I'm 4 stone heavier now so wouldn't be surprised.

Yeh I took the plunge and joined a class got a massive hug from the consultant and a few who where still there from last year when I went - best thing I've done for myself. Defo the boast I needed for my motivation and foresight xxx

That's so nice that you got such an enthusiastic welcome back. You sound so motivated now, and stronger than when last time you did it. This is success time all round :) :)

These might be of particular interest to you J and M...

They are only 2 syns per fruit stick and they are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Now I know they stock them in major supermarkets and also Holland and Barrett but I got them from the pound shop. I bet they're a lot more expensive elsewhere.
I love the taste, a little bit like a fig roll without the roll bit :D

Oooh the pound shop, I like the sound of that :) Thanks!

Bought some cute flower pots from the pound shop. Had a nap when I got in, tried to rest my knees which where the size of dinner plates and my ankles and feet where very swollen - this is what happens when you don't control the grub you put in your mouth girls and boys! :(

I'm really enjoying the plan and my food since going back on red days. Found I was over stuffing myself with fruit and veg to get my third super free and I don't miss bread, spuds and don't eat pasta anyway :)
