Superfree foods are those which are listed as free on both the red and green plans, so all veg except pots, peas, parsnips, sweetcorn, all fruit, VLF cottage cheese, yoghurts, eggs, fromage frais etc etc.
The free foods are all those which are free on red and green, so meats, fish, pasta, rice, pulses etc.
Basically all you eat on red and green plans is free but just have one A choice and one B choice and your syns and be sure to fill your plate with a third superfree at each meal.
