Anyone doing this plan?

First SW meeting on wednesday evening - (previously been doing ww so its all new to me) got my pack and was leafing through the Extra easy plan during class and leader said "NO dont do that plan do red or green save Extra easy for when your not losing"???

Strange cuz seeing as I'm new it looked more simplified to start with! Think I'm gonna go ahead and do it anyway!

If anyones doing this plan and keeps a food diary give me a shout so i can take a peak ;o)

I'm not sure why she would say that - most of our new starters are doing EE!!
We were told that maybe red/green should be tried if EE was not working.
I would say, give EE a try if you are new - it doesn't work for me and I know it doesn't work for others but we have seen some cracking weight losses for new starters on EE so it does work.

Hi I am also new to this went to class last night for first time a was recommended to do EE, so giving it a try this week. Hope you do well.

I only started SW on Tuesday and have been doing mostly EE with 1 green day thrown in (i normally only do green) but miss my meat and normally would get hungry on red days, so EE is really convenient for me.
I have eaten rather a lot today but im working later on and don't really eat at work so what i have eaten now will do me till work finishes!

Eaten so Much!!!!!!!

Well this is my first day on EE and I have eaten so much and most of that was free foods!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope im doing this right but by the book i am.:D
