extra motivation needed

hi everyone,
hope everyone has had a good day?
just wanted to share a little worry... tomorrow i have a meeting and the email says that refreshments are provided. im worried about slipping if there are biscuits right in front of me! going to take some fruit in my bag just incase!
if anyone has any extra motivation they want to throw at me its very welcome x

Hi Nettie, have you got any of the hi-fi bars? they are usually a HEXB option and are quite filling with a black coffee/tea?

hi nettie this conversation has come up a few times today if you are faced with biscuits etc and you want to go with out say u have a wheat or gluten allergy nobody will try to twist ur arm then good luck ;)

you could always have a quiet word with someone else going to the meeting and ask them to keep the plate out of arms reach...
or before you sit down or whatever just push it up the table a bit like you're clearing roo for your folder / notepad or whatever..
