It is my weigh day 2moro and to date have lost 6lb over the last two weeks. I have been really focused both with my food and exercise. However this week is looking like I may not lose anything. The problem I have thou, is my best friend is coming over tonight and will be expecting me to be drinking several glasses of wine as well as a takeaway! I have made myself a king prawn salad for when the takeaway is ordered, so that will be fine. The problem is the wine!! I only have 3 points spare. I didn't have any banked as tonight was bit of a last minute thing. I don't really want to drink water while my friend and husband are drinking wine, but do I have the willpower not to consume more than my allowance. If I go over my points will it effect my weight 2moro, I would be so disappointed if I put weight on!!

Im in the same boat kinda!
Im out for a birthday tonight & tomorrow!
Maybe try and get in a quick walk or exercise before she comes over?
Or perhaps suggest you guys walk to collect the takeaway?
Stuff yourself with fruit? I already have 1 apple & 3 mandrins in my bag for later!!

Why don't you get some diet lemonade and have spritzers while they have just wine..... Will be having half the points at least and still feel in the gang. :)

Thanks for your comments. Is is always harder trying to be good when you are going out or having people over.
I have had my salad and they have had the takeaway and so far I haven't had any alcohol. So far so good!

Think I will give spritzer a try, thanks Tracer.

There's never any harm in saying no :)

God help the person that question's me saying no (I think my friend's know this one too ...:D)

Good work not drinking!
I'm just home now, had 3 bulmers light for 12pp,I've kept in my daily points so I'm delighted!!!
WI on mon, so dinner tomorrow will be light and no alcohol!!

You have done so well!! I hope WI goes well for you.
I had just one spritzer last night, so was pleased with myself. We also did Just Dance on the wii for an hour, so that not only burnt calories, but took my mind off alcohol!
I got weighed this morning and have lost 2lb this week, so feeling very happy x
