I have been looking for really tasty low fat recipes and the bbc website is great!


If you use the search faciltiy you can find low fat or low gi, meat, veggy, puds and allsorts of yummy things - all recipes are printable too, so you can add them to your own folder of healthy things to make! If you read the comments below each recipe and the * rating - you can see people's comments who've made it and their alternative suggestions. Hope this is useful :D:D

Nice one, will take a look. I keep coming up with loads of different healthy meals but still usually end up eating chicken and salad
