Weigh in today - only 1lb off, but the dreaded * week and prob the Roses I ate yesterday, eek!! Finger's x'd for a bigger loss next week!
 
7/2/11 - Green Day

Breakfast -
2 Weetabix (HeB), Milk (HeA)

Lunch -
Stir fry made with onion, pepper, mushrooms, Quorn fajita strips, Sharwoods fine egg noodles, Tobasco.

Dinner -
Jacket potato, cottage cheese

Snacks -
Melon, apple, orange
2 choc and fudge Alpen Lights (HeB) - I did something I found on here where you break them up, put in a bowl and microwave for 30 secs, mmmmm delicious :)!!

Syns -

Just came on to look at your food diary. I was attracted to your user name. I do Easy Extra and Green days. I used to be veggie (16 years) but I'm not any more. :eek: I do enjoy green days though.

Love the sound of your quorn pie. I think I may try that. Diary looks great. I'm on a green day today too. Lentil dahl and curried veg for tea tonight.

Yeah i am doing green too, for this week at least and i will see how i get on. Used to be a veggie and love quorn so i have been enjoying the week so far! I do this at home, so WI is fri. I'm crossing all fingers and toes! Have you been doing SW for long? xx

This time I've been doing SW for just 4 weeks, but I did it a few years ago and lost 2 and a half stone, but have been naughty and gradually put a stone and a half back on :(. I'm doing this alone too as none of the groups fit in with me, but I find this website more than compensates for not going as I can always find an answer and some encouragement here. Good luck for your WI on Fri, I'm sure you'll do well. Keep in touch. x Sarah x

Oh I am getting very repetative with my menus now :(. Going to spend tomorrow afternoon looking through the recipes on here and in the magazines and try some different things, so hopefully next weeks diaries will look a bit more interesting!!

Hi I'm new 2 this site but as a slimming world member 4 over 2yrs I wood suggest more superfree foods such as fruit n veg 2 u all its kept me going!!syn chick xx
 
I will do. Just wish I liked salad veg (I know, peculiar for a vegetarian, lol). I am a real fusspot, haha!! I do add veg to my recipes, but mainly stick to red onions and sweet bell peppers. Going to try and widen my veg intake. My body must be thinking 'oh no not this again' lol!! x Sarah x
 
Hi all

I've come back! Sooo determined to do it this time as I gave up so easily last time. Getting myself remotivated by reading loads of tips on this site.

Will be off to do a big shop tomorrow (payday!!!!) so will restart my diary then.

As always any tips would be most appreciated x Sarah x
 
Ok, just been to Asda to do a big shop and stock up on essential SW goodies. Bought 3 packs of the Linda Mc Red Onion and Rosemary sausages (got some cooking now, hope I like them, they smell lovely). Also bought 3 packs of Quorn Pepppered steaks as they are on offer for only £1 (usually £2.51) they can be frozen too which is good. Decided to buy a load of frozen veg too as I find fresh often goes off before I've used it !!! Anyway today so far:

Weds 25/4/12

Breakfast-

28g Bran Flakes (HeB)
Skimmed Milk (HeA)

Snack - Curly Wurly (6 syns)

Lunch -

2 Linda Mc Red onion sausages
mashed potato using rest of HeA milk. Carrot, broccoli and cauli.

Dinner -

Homemade spicy Quorn cttage pie

Sancks - Melon. pineapple, satsumas

snacks - 2 Curly Wurlys!!! (12 syns)

Lunch - Leftover Spicy Quorn cottage pie

Dinner - will prob be jacket potato with cottage cheese and chili flakes

Breakfast - Crunchy Bran(HeB) and skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch - Quorn spag bol, cheese (half HeA)

Dinner - Ainsley Mexican rice, cheese (half HeA)

Snacks - Curly Wurly (6 syns), melon, grapes, pineapple, satsuma

Lunch - Ainsly Harriott Vegetable rice

Dinner - Quorn Bolognaise, cheese (HeA)

Snacks - satsumas, apple, pineapple

Sunday 29/4/12

Went on a Segway Safari today so had a pub linch afterwards as a treat!! But really don't know how many syns everything is so having today off!! If anyone knows how many syns my blanks are that would be great so I can keep track :)

Breakfast - Crunchy Bran (HeB) Skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch (pub) - 2 Quorn sausages (2syns) Onion gravy (?? Syns) 2 yorkshire puds(?? syns) lots of veg.....then shared half a choc fudge cake and ice cream with the hubby!! (??syns)

Dinner - wasn't hungry!! ;)
 
Monday 30/4/12 Back on track today!!

Breakfast - Crunchy Bran (HeB) skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch - will be from the giant pan of free soup currntly cooking - made with onions, butternut squash, sweet potato, carrots, coriander and a tin of mixed beans! Hope it tastes as nice as it smells!!!
