Hiya, not tried any new recipes but am off work this week so going to try and make some new things! Cheese scones sound lovely! How do you make them?

A bit late with my diaries as been at work the last couple of days.

Sat 12/5/12

Breakfast - Crunchy Bran (HeB) skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch - Quorn Spag bol

Dinner - Mugshot

Snacks - pineapple, melon, satsuma, Crunchie (9.5 syns)
 
Sun 13/5/12 Very long day/night at work!!

Breakfast - 3 Weetabix (1.5 HeB) Skimmed milk (HeA)

lunch - pasta with spicy passata, onion, mushrooms,peppers, chilli, cheese (HeA)

Dinner - Quorn homemade cottage pie

Snacks - Baked beans, 2 Quorn sausages (2syns), melon, pineapple, satsumas, 3 funsize Milky Way (10.5 syns)
 
Mon 14/5/12

Breakfast - Branflakes (HeB) skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch - Jacket potato, cottage cheese

Dinner - Homemade spicy veg soup

Snacks - 2 Curly Wurly (12syns) pineapple, apple, satsuma
 
Tues 15/5/12

Breakfast - Crunchy Bran (HeB) Skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch - Quorn chilli, rice, cheese (HeA)

Dinner - 2 Linda McCartney red onion & rosemary sausages, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower

Snacks - pineapple, satsumas, Curly Wurly (6 syns) Kit Kat (5.5 syns)

Exercise - 45 minutes kickboxing
 
Wed 16/5/12 - Weigh in day 2lb lost!

Breakfast - Crunchcy Bran (HeB) Skimmed milk (HeA)


Lunch - Ainsley Harriott Mexican rice, kidney beans, cheese (HeA)

Dinner - Jacket potato, cottage cheese

Snacks - Pineapple, melon, satsuma, Curly Wurly (6syns) 2 Alpen light (HeB) Nutella (4syns)

Exercise - 1 hour swimming (lost count of how many lengths!)
 
Thurs 17/5/12

Breakfast - 2 slices WW Brown Danish (HeB) 2 Eggs

Lunch - Stir fry made with peppers, spring onion, mushrooms, green beans, chilli, ginger, Quinoa

Dinner - Homemade carrot and coriander SW soup

Snacks - 2 Alpen lights (HeB) Nutella tbspn (4syns) Curly Wurly (6syns) melon, satsumas

Just realised I didn't have any healthy 'A's whoops!!

Exercise - 1 hour hula hoop aerobics, 45 mins kickboxing

Breakfast - Crunchy bran (HeB) skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch - Homemade carrot and coriander soup

Dinner - 2 Linda McCartney red onion sausages, mash potato, cheese (HeA)

Snacks - Alpen light (1/2 HeB) 2 Curly Wurly (12 syns) pineapple, satsuma

Exercise - swimming 40 lengths
 
Sat - 19/5/12

Breakfast - 2 slices ww Danish (HeB) 2 eggs

Lunch - Jacket potato, cottage cheese

Dinner - Lentil bolognase -onions, carrots, courgettes, mushrooms, sweet potato, lentils, tomatoes, wholemeal penne, cheese (HeA)

Snacks - melon, satsumas, 2 Curly Wurly (12syns) .........and it was all going really well until ....... 2 slices cheesy garlic bread (?syns) chocolate melt in the middle pud (25 syns!!!) .....can't believe I did that! * week due this week so I blame that for my ravenous feelings! :eek: Need to draw a line under today and start afresh tomorrow

Hiya have kind of drawn a line under Sat, but had another ' blip' today! Think it's to do with that time of the month as I'm just craving rubbish, so trying to muster through it, lol!
How has your week been? Did you have your WI today?
I'm a bit behind with my dairies, so here goes! Oh forgot to say I made some of the cheese scones, I quite liked them, but think next time I'll do with plain cottage cheese as wasn't too keen on chive and onion. Think I'll add some cheddar and maybe some chilli flakes. X sarah x

Breakfast - 2 slices ww bread (HeB) 2 eggs

Lunch - Lentil bolognase, pasta, cheese (HeA)

Dinner - couple of syn free cheese scones

Snacks - Curly wurly (6syn) pineapple, melon, satsuma

Exercise - 45 min kickboxing
 
Mon 21/5/12

Breakfast-crunchy bran (HeB) milk (HeA)

Lunch- Quorn cracked pepper fillet, mashed potato, green beans, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese sauce (6 EL Laughing Cow, dash of milk) (HeA)

Dinner- Lentil bol (again, I made loads of it, lol) pasta

Snacks - satsuma,curly wurly (6 syn) grapes

Exercise- 45 min kickboxing
 
Tues 22/5/12

Breakfast- Bran flakes (HeB) milk(HeA)

Lunch - This is where it went wrong! Had a lovely long walk along the coast with my Mum, ended up having a pub lunch of potato skins (hardly any veggie stuff on menu) they really weren't that nice and a complete waste of syns!!.... Then to top it had a bloody ice cream too!! And got sunburn!! :(

Dinner - 2 slices ww bread (HeB) 2 eggs

Snacks- satsumas, Curly Wurly (yes, I'd already had my daily fix of a curly wurly too!!) (6 syns)

........so, really don't know how many syns I consumed today. Not happy with myself at all! :(

Exercise - 5 mile walk along the coast

It will definitely be due to TOM i am always like it, wanting to eat everything in sight! My week was good lost 4lbs which i was really pleased with seeing as i STS for two weeks! Glad you liked the cheese scones, i agree with trying a different cottage cheese though, and maybe not as much smash? Nice little treat though which can be kept in the fridge! xx
 
Hey well done 4lbs is fantastic!
I was a STS today which is better than I thought lol! Have bought some more Smash and cottage cheese so will do some more experimenting :)

Haven't posted my diary the last few days as have been working, but have stuck to plan. Back to the diaries:

Dinner - Passata, mushrooms, onion, peppers, chilli. pasta. cheese (HeA)

Exercise - 45 mins kickboxing

Lunch - pasta, passata, onion, mushroom, chilli, peppers, cheese (HeA)

Dinner - jacket potato, cottage cheese

Snacks - 2 alpen light (HeB) nutella (4 syns) curly wurly(6 syns) melon, grapes, satsumas

My Birthday!

Breakfast - crunchy bran (HeB) skimmed milk (HeA)

Lunch - Quorn chilli, cheese (HeA)

Dinner - F&B's penne arribiatta without olives (prob 2 syns?) Chocolate fudge sundae (?? Syns), yummy! Didn't have any alcohol, just sparkling water!

Snacks - pineapple, melon, grapes, 2 alpen light (HeB) nutella (4 syns)
