This will be my ups and downs and all around tracker.
I am starting at 156 pounds and would like to get to 135 pounds.
Not sure which plan to use yet but I go to Curves 3X a week and go walking for an hour at least 5 times a week. Inbetween all that I use my Wii Fit.
Just really need to get my food under control.

Well I have been looking around at the diet plans and am thinking I may just make up my own plan.

8am-oatmeal,1 cup milk,1 fruit
12noon-4oz protein,1 cup veggies,1 starch,1 fat
5:30pm-4oz protein,1 cup veggies,1 starch,1 fat
8pm-cereal,1 cup milk, a fruit

Because I know I binge if I deny myself treats I am going to say that every second day I am going to allow myself a 200 calorie treat.
