Ok, well hi if your reading this and hope you find some insperation from it (note to self):If your reading this back, your struggaling girly, remember, why your doing this and remember its only a glitch, take a step back, have a breather and jump back on. falling off the waggon isnt failure, gaining a few pounds one week isnt failure, nore is losing motivation. Failure, is giving in and taking the easy option.
OK, so been on the new weight watchers pro points plan since the new year and to be honest, im not sure how this is working for me, I like having the extra weekly points (who doesnt) and I love that bannanas are free but since i joined on the 4.01.11, iv lost
1.5 1st week (not very good for 1st week)
1 2nd week
stick 3rd week
poorly so diddnt go for 4th week
5th week 2 ON
6th 3 off

Todays been a good day realy, its the 4th day of my bad week (bad week = week before my period) so hunger pangs are coming back to normal levals.

Iv stayed within my points and diddnt get moody when the boys (my dad & Boyfriend) had sausage, chips, egg & Beans for tea. I made sure I had something id engoy, salad, chicken boob and oven chips, plus I had my picking points left for my bag of french fries & skinny cow in front of the telly...Did have one of the boyfriends sausage roles though, but thats no biggie, iv paid for it out of my weeklys.

This seems to be working for me, if I know iv got something to look forward to like a curly wurly and a bag of french fries, im ok through the day, becouse I know I can have them at my weakest moment...

Im also thinking about going back onto the old weight watchers points system, im going to do 2 trackers this week to compare how the points vary

Well not the best day I could have had, just felt so hungry and demotivated all day. nOW I know its my bad week, but surly I can only use this excuse for so long?

Gone over my points by about 7 today and have just had no motivation to do any excercis. but the day is not totaly ruined, iv only broke into my reserve points which I wanted to save for the weekend, so all is not lost and tomorrow is another day.
