KD, I have a favour to ask
You mentioned on my thread re bingeing the other day about Leptin etc
Now I know a bit about leptin, but never one to be happy being unnosy, I toddled off and looked for info, the info I found went in a rhythm like this
Leptin/binge
Leptin/ovaries
Leptin/PCOS (which I have)
Leptin/circadian/cycle
Now obviously its a huge area, but you seem fairly well read. What I want to know is there a particluar book you would recommend for me to get further information or for further reading?
