Hola!
I'll keep this brief because it's late. This is my new diary.
Today was day 1 DD of Judd or IF. I'm 5ft 1 and weigh 12at 7 which gives me a BMI of 33.7 (I think!) I am going to fast Mon, Wed, Fri and only count cals on DDs.
I'll eat what I like on UDs and over time I intend to clean my act up. I will only change one small thing at a time.
I am not going to weigh until a certain point unless I start skipping fast days then I'll need to face the music. The next time I weigh ( this is going to sound mental...) is when my belt is in the 4th hole. I'll let you know when that happens! As long as I'm sticking to plan, exercising and feeling good then ill only weigh periodically. Or I might just cave in, who knows!
I've had a wee go at IF for a few weeks but kind of fell by the wayside due to a full-on eating calendar.
So now my diary looks pretty free, I can do this.
Today I had
Dinner: WW chicken noodle soup,
Late snack: 2 slices toast, a banana and plum.
That's under 500 cal.
Also started week one, Couch to 5k with Katie, and we covered 3.7 miles in all. Lots of walking. The runs were 8 x60 seconds I think, with 90 second rests In between. No-one died
I enjoyed it. We are going to do another session tomorrow night too.
So, I'm off to watch big brother. Night night
