Hi All,
Braced myself and got on the scales today for the first time in a long time, it was not a happy experience! I have got to an all-time high with my weight, always been a big girl. but now its getting beyond a joke So i'm biting the bullet and determined to get slim, i have a major amount of weight to lose 8 stone in all :sigh:. Not sure what type of diet would be best for me, so any advice would be good!
I'm a shift worker, so work random hours all the time, so dont have a set pattern of eating (which i know is not good). Also have a bad back which makes vigourous excersise a bit of a no! but i do already do plenty of walking, but can and will do more! Well thats me in a nut-shell
