I've got a longggg way to go diet wise, Vegas on the 22nd August, and by the I want to of at least shed 2 stone,

I've calculated there's 19 weeks thereabouts to that date from now, and if I stick to plan and loose 3lbs per week, then I'll be at target weight lol I hope! Haha

lol how much do you want to lose and when do you go to Vegas?
 
I want to loose 4 stone 10 lbs to bring me to my target weight of 10 stone, today has been a little harder, boss broke out the kids sweets at work and I had a good handful, I'm gonna call it about 200 cals, as I know roughly how many cals per little Asda kids bags are,

I go Vegas 22nd August all being well! Lol
For tea tonight I'm having chilli and some weight watchers bread and probably won't eat again until morning. I really wanna knock the food intake on the head, lower my cals to 1200 next month, and start the gym and do more walking when the weather starts getting warmer! Plus as I've stopped snacking at work, my shifts are like a work out in themselves lol

I hope to of lost a stone by may, or at least the 10lbs

Today has been such a good day so far!

I've made healthy choices at nandos, which my fellas treating me to lol

I've just passed my qts literacy! I am so so relieved and happy, I worried so much about that! 2nd time pass but still a pass :-D

And I'm gonna be a mummy! My little black pug boy Winston was born today, he's a chunky monkey apparently, I can't wait to see him! Soo excited!

And tonight I'm off out 5lbs lighter, in a new dress and heels, I've even fake tanned ahhh la la I'm on top of the world lol

This is the happiest I've felt in months, loosing weight and eating the right foods really does have a good effect, I can't wait to start the gym

Will post pictures of little Winston later :)

It's not the clearest of pictures but you can make out the three pug babies lol watched her give birth but unfortunately it was dead :-/ 3/5 so far, not quite sure if she'll have anymore or not x

oh no how heartbreaking that 2 of the pups were dead :,(
so do u have to wait till yours is 8 weeks old now then?
2 weeks left till we get ours..time drags so much when youre waiting! xxxx
