Fat birds can't fly

    Hello everyone

    I have decided to do the 1200cals a day diet, I've done it before, and I lost a lot of weight on it, I have been on slimming world and it's just not for me, I don't like looking for 'syns' I just find it a hassle, I'd rather just look at the packet and judge for myself if it's ok to eat, instead of being restricted,

    Anyhow, reasons for wanting to loose the flab, I have gained 4 stone in the past year and a half I think with just being comfortable in relationship etc, so I really need to get my weight under control because I have so many nice clothes I can't fit into!!

    I started yesterday, stuck to it and felt brilliant :) so here is yesterday's food diary

    Slightly over! But first day and I ate a lot less than I normally do hah

    Looking good, my only suggestion would be to have a lighter lunch on the days you know you're going to be naughty in the evenings for :) I am an awful late night eater so I try and allow enough calories for this (old dog, new tricks etc)

    I also thought you skipped lunch, but I forget some people call lunch dinner >.<

    eta: the title made me laugh too :)
    Keep going, anyway :)

    Haha I wasn't planning on being naughty yesterday :p I had my jam on toast n crisps at 1pm then waited until about 8pm to eat cause tgi was packed :-( by this point I had eyed up everyone's burgers felt ill, and faint and was that hungry all I wanted to do was go home :-/ peer pressure and 12oz burger made me get it haha luckily I only managed half it was huge!

    Yep dinner, tea this girls a northern girl haha

    Annoyed with myself today, I just ate junk food, :-( a lot of chocolatey things and just pure rubbish really!

    I lost a lb! I'm 14.2, I was unsure if it was just fluctuation yesterday but no no I am a lb lighter woohoo! I also got an email back from my gttr application saying my 'application is now under consideration' that really will be the cherry on top if I get in my PGCE course! New job, teacher training and becoming fit n healthy haha x

    Haha!! That is amazing lol I have applied to teach primary at the university of Manchester and Liverpool hope, really hope I get on it this year but I'm applying abit late so it's just fingers crossed more than anything haha

    Sweet potatoe 247 cals (I baked it, and added the garlic mayo, it wasn't nice!! Lol so I binned half of it)

    65 cals over, but to say I threw most my foods away today, I think I have under eaten

    I also went to the in laws, and they had a giant Millie's cookie, and I resisted the biggest slice ever!!
