Hi,

I'm 17 stone 9 pounds and have registered to do the Manchester 10K in May - how rash is that. At the moment I'm out of breath walking the dog...
Today I have started the Exante Total Meal Replacement having order the 'bulk 28 day' offer. So, I'm focusing on just 28 days for now.
All support will be very much appreciated since I have approx 8 stone to lose - 8 stone. Unlike those people who suffer from 'body dysmorphic' I'm always shocked that I can't get into the average size clothes.
