Firstly the treat is for week 3 onwards, so you can only have that if you've completed weeks 1 and 2. Everything has to be less than 5% (less than 5g in every 100g) except for the following:- lean meat, oily fish, oats and your 100 calorie treat from week 3. All these can be above 5% fat.
You stick to your calorie allowance.
