    Hello fellow Lipotrimers!
I wanted to get this thread going for us VLCD folk regarding exercise now, Dont worry, i only mean excessive in the sense that your keeping your heart rate above normal. eg power walking, walking the dog etc.
so come on down and pledge your amount for this month!
I pledge 20 hours over this month!
    who's with me?

    What a good idea.
Right, it might seem a tiny amount compared to some, but for me it's a step in the right direction - there's no point setting myself a task that seems a mountain. I'm going for 4 hours, that'll be three specific 20mins a week or two 30mins where I am walking just to exercise. That sounds do-able, even to me.

    What a great idea,
As I work during the day , I was planning on working out via DVD (Shaun T , Insanity workout)
I am planning of working out for six days a week (it's a sixty day challenge)
However I am scared that it might slow my weight lose down,
I have just two stone left to hit my target.
I am finding it very difficult to lose weight recently
My friend who is a personal trainer has advised me that maybe my body has become accustom to the way I am living and the weight lose will become slower.
Oh well I am going to give it a go as I need to tone up.
    Regards

Keep it up guys. When you've done some, please post so I can go ahead and put it up on a chart. If it's possible, please include distance, and / or calories burnt. All the best

Wish I could say yes and mean it... But I am a lazy arse...
I used to love running but injury means I can't run any longer.
Swimming I enjoy but in the sea in the med.

    ^^ too full of excuses!

Suggestions anyone? Or If any of you live near Burnley and want to bully me into joining you in some sort of exercise pursuit please let me know!

LOL. Sounds just like me! Hence my mini pledge above. Yesterday the pharmacist asked if I was doing spin class or something to get my weight losses, my hysterical laughter at the thought of me on a bike was my exercise for the day!

You know funny thing is I canceled my membership on Friday! Because of this diet I only do power walks, and jogging. Either outside, or at home on my T4000 treadmill. Today I did 1 hour, therefore burnt 730 calories and 3.3 km!!!!! So I have 19 more to go this month. Now about that table these tech savvy ladies have been making, like the one in this months weight loss challenge, can anybody help me out on how to make one?

    Hey BIGT

I think you can only do a table on a new thread as it brings up some extra icons in the text box to play with. You click on the table set up icon and choose how many columns and rows you want and how wide you want the box.

When you type in the headings, the boxes shift about, but so long as you have a title in each they all even out. It gets tricky adding a row and you may have to click on the A/A icon and copy and paste some HTML from another line. I'm no pro but I'll help best I can x x x

thanks tea pot. i think we'll have to do it old school, each individual will have to copy and paste, and at the same time update their own stats. lol
