2019 April exercise challenge

Month starts conveniently on Monday.
April has 30 days with 8 weekend days and 22 week days.

Set your own challenge, what exercise would you like to do this month.
Can you exceed your own goals.
 
My addition to April 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 894.6 km this month.

All things based on receiving new exercise cycle in good time.

Weight at 206 lbs this morning and looking to get to 203-204 lbs by May 2019.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 21 out of 25 Days at an average of 42.6 km on each exercise day.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 35 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watts.

2018) January 1109 km, February 1182 km, March 1246.7 km, April 1279.8 km, May 1216.9 km, June 1123.1 km

I start a new job on Monday. It will mean at least a 45 minute commute each way so losing some time.
Ive joined the pool and have 3 visits so far. I swim but just use that as a warm up for my aqua jogging. I wear a flotation belt and have resistance dumbells and it really is a good overall workout.
I do reps of 4 lenghts, one is a jog, second one a fast run pumping arms really fast. Third is like cycling but also pumping arms and working chest. And fourth is like a rowing machine or doing crunches and is going to get rid of my baggy belly.

So plan for this month is
Vibroplate x 22 times
Swim or walk x 16 times

I will also have a short walk between carpark and work, i will count steps but not include it in total.

Went for a swim after work, only 8 lenghts swimming and 12 aquajogging but can feel it in my legs.

I've not been able to add anything to April's exercise challenge.

My replacement exercise cycle has gone missing according according to UK Mail/DHL.
It has taken until mid afternoon 2 Apr 2019 for them to admit this.

It was picked up from DKN on Thurs 28th Mar 2019 for delivery on Fri 29th Mar 2019.

No jiggling this morning as trying a different start time for work
 
Im in!!

My goal this month is to achieve 10k steps a day every day. I failed yesterday as I was ill, only got to 8,502 however I did 28,000 (very busy day) Monday so I think I more than made up for it.

So on track for 300,000 steps this month
 
Hopefully have replacement exercise cycle tomorrow ?
Still don't understand how such a large item can go missing !!!

Will build exercise cycle tomorrow and at least try and get one session in.
I've had a relaxed week due to previously mentioned issue.
Probably make alteration to my original exercise plans as a result.

Finally received exercise cycle today.
Don't ask !!! (More DHL/UK Mail hiccups).

Unboxed and built and ready to go.
Will make a belated start today to my April Exercise Challenge.
I have altered my original plan to take into account my lost days.

Current Distance 42.5 km this month out of 894.6 km.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.

A jiggle this morning and counted 7000 steps while out shopping

Nothing at all Sat or Sun. A jiggle this mirning and a 3km walk just now. I woyld havr preferref a swim but was much too tired coming home from work. Also i have a really bad headache and thought the walk would help more.

Current Distance 184 km this month out of 894.6 km.

Did a little bit extra to hit 20,000 km mark on exercise cycle.
Was 13.9 km short of 20,000 km after usual dual session.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.
