2019 April exercise challenge

Vibroplate x 22 times 9 done 13 to go
Swim or walk x 16 times 10 done 6 to go.. A jiggle this morning and averaging about 4000 steps a day walking to and from office and car patj. Not much but more than i was doing

Current Distance 906.8 km this month out of 894.6 km.

I've passed this month's target with a few days to spare despite the travails of getting the replacement cycle.

I do two sessions most days @ 35 minutes, 92-110 rpm, 36-43 kph, 120-130 bpm & 240-260 Watt.
Weight at around 206 lbs (14 st 10 lbs) now from 266 lbs (19 st) next goal is 200 lb (14.28 st)

Did an extra session today to negate a little bit of cheating diet wise yesterday.
Just a little extra exercise to neutralize the extra eaten yesterday.

I've managed to achieve my target with a bit to spare.
That's despite the early month debacle with the exercise bike.

I've made decent progress this month 1100.8 km covered and weight at 202.8 lbs.
Time to think of next month's goal exercise and weight wise.

Thanks all, and will find the May challenge. Family stuff got in the way the end of April and i spent a lot of time driving rather than walking.
