4th weigh in and have gained! 0.5lbs gain. In 4 weeks, I've lost NOTHING! I wouldnt mind, but I had done Success Express this last week to try and kickstart my weightloss. Even my C is baffled as I shouldve seen a loss by now (having previously done Cambridge diet). This time Im NOT seeing the bigger picture  I had a goal in mind to lose 7lbs before my holiday in 2 weeks and theres no chance of that.
My C has put me on Fast Forward and by her admission, she doesnt know what to do if that fails :wave_cry:
Fingers crossed, Im desperate for a weight loss!

Do you do a food diary? Are you getting enough fibre and drinking enough water? Which plan are you following? Have you tried switching the Healthy Extras or Syns or even the Days you are following? I'm not a Consultant, but I'm surprised she put you on Success Express so quickly, as I was under the impression they were for members who had already done SW and reached a plateau. I think whenever you come from doing another diet (from what I've read on here) it can take a 4-6 weeks for your body to get used to a different way of eating. Have you tried measuring yourself from when you started and is there any difference? I know it's easier to say, but don't give up!

From talking to people who have done the Cambridge, eating normally again usually guarentees weight gain so STS is good.

We know SW works so perhaps it is your body getting used to a normal diet again?

Ahhhh I feel for you here. Tonight was my second weigh in and I gained 1lb (lost half last week so I'm half pound heavier than when I started) I'm trying VERY hard to not be disheartened..........tomorrow is another day but I can so relate to your feelings.
My consultant has suggested I try red or green as I have been doing extra easy, so here goes nothing.

I hope you have a better result this week........fingers crossed, onwards and downwards x

I've had a look at your past posts. 151lb = 10st 8lbs (just under). I was wondering, maybe your body is comfortable at that weight?

Have you posted up a food diary on here? Maybe one of us can help :)

Fast Forward is a 'secret' diet when all else has failed. I've done this one before and had great results so I'm hoping for a good result this time.

I have been doing food diaries for the C and even she cant see why I havent lost weight. She's not a defeatist (in her own words) but even she was honest enough to say that is FF doesnt work, she doesnt know what else to do. All she can think is that I go away on holiday in 2 weeks time, have an envitable weight gain, then start all over again when I get back as this might kick start my body into a weight loss. I really dont know :(
