Fed up of being a biffer!

Well done for resisting the pastille - you're doing it the right way by having a bit of protein if you feel you need to, just stay away from the carbs ;)
 
Just made Nutella cupcakes and I'm not even remotely tempted to try one! I've definitely progressed from having to eat two for "quality control purposes"!

Slow going this week! I looked back at what I was eating the last time I lost weight (6.5stone) and worked out that when I lost the most weight I was eating about 800kcal a day. I am thinking that 600 is maybe therefore too low for me - I'm 6ft tall, so maybe my body thinks 600 = starvation mode, so I am upping my intake. I did this yesterday and lost a pound, so this is my plan - would be food week next week anyway - onwards and downwards!

That would make sense!! 600kals is was too low for me unless one off! X
 
I'm going to start calorie counting and see how many I have. I'm about the same height as you mooples so it'll be interesting to see if it works xxxx
