Hi just a little update had my weigh in tonight and since Monday's weigh in have lost 3lbs total of 4lbs off since the start so happy xx

Thanks chick, yes moving up to step 3 2moro morning so hopefully will still have a steady weight loss

Start weight on stage 2
11st 8lbs weds 22.5.12
1st weigh in 11st 7lbs mon 28.5.12
2nd weigh in 11st 4lbs thurs 31.5.12 xx

Hi all thought I'd share my progress had to change to stage 3 the 1000cals as I had an operation last Saturday ad am now 10st 10lbs so 8lbs off and 7cms off my waist good luck to all and keep up the good work ur all doin fab xx

Thank u slim 2012 I can't seem to notice visibly myself although family and friends r noticing I feel good in myself and not so tired so it's always a good thing xx

treeza I always found weight loss showed up much quicker in photos than I could see in real life
