Feel Rubbish...

    Hello,
    I hope everyone is ok?
    Well I went and got weighted on Friday and had lost 3.5LB and I was really really happy.
    But........I had such a busy weekend with B-days ect and I had a FULL pizza on Friday and a drunken kebab on Saturday.. I feel terrible now?!
    Is it safe to cut down a lot on my points this week to make up for it??

    yep cut back from today less points lots of water. dnt stress or get upset chick we are all human.

    how many points are u on?

    I was on 24 points but with my loss on Friday Im down to 23.
    Im going to try and do more exercise as well and buy a Pedometer. :)

    maybe drop 2 points exercise and water will help you , draw a line now start a fresh.

    Well done on the weight loss! Don't worry about the Pizza and Kebab, everyone has the drunken moments :) Just start fresh keep at it, and like Shanny mentioned drop a couple of points and drink water :)
