On Mon 5th Jan I started smoking again after 4 happy smoke-free years. It was finally a book called the Nicotine Trick by Neil Casey that helped me. I'd felt a bit panicky Mon morning and asked a friend for a cigarette when she was lighting up. Was so mad at myself.
Tried Neil's method again (a visualisation thing) for 6 days but it doesn't seem to work this time.
Also tried patches and lasted about 14 hrs two times.
Only things I ain't tried in past are inhalator and hypnosis.
In a matter of days I am back up to 20+ a day. I have lost the book and now I need it I can't find it. Damn!
