    On exante total vlcd. Feeling faint And getting "whities" quite a bit today. Day 5 (or is it 6?) is this normal?

    Hello Rapscallion Cat!
    I did feel AWFUL first time I did Exante, by day 4 and 5 I could hardly move. Not faint though. Drink plenty water (not too much though!) don't do very much, be kind to yourself, and see how you feel in 2 more days. Good luck xxx

    You could try some high protein snacks if you are struggling, ie hard boiled eggs, chicken, ham etc and ensure that you stay hydrated and try not yo of too much especially in this weather xx

    Whenever youre feeling light headed and faint just glug down some water, it really helps! x
