    :d Hi Y'all
    Just A Quick Update
    Today I Swam At The Gym Pool That Was Fine And I Had My 1st Weigh In And I Have Lost An Amazing 11.8lbs!!!!!!
    Couldn't Believe It So Had To Come Home And Work It Out On The Calculator Myself
    No Doubt There Will Be Bad Times Again But Today I Am Ok
    Thanks A Lot To All Of You Couldn't Have Coped Without This Brilliant Site And You Guys

    :wow: that is fantastic!..... is this your first week? I'm on week one, had a mid week weigh in and so far lost eight and a half pounds.Got my end of week session tomorrow so hoping for good results! stick to it you're doing great!:D :wavey:

    Well done both! Hang in there but dnt overdo things - remember your body is adjusting to 500 cals a day!

    yes honey this is my first week and although it has been hell i anm ready for the next 93 days now
    had really big doubts about wether it was worth all the anguish but it gets results!!!!!:)
