Saturday was my 6 year anniversay i had lamb chops for breakfast.. we went to nandoes i had chicken and rice and coleslaw then we went pictures i had a ice junkie and large popcorn then we got home at like 7pm by 10pm i was hungry again we ordered a Chinese i had chicken chow mein and chicken balls ...i feel super fat Sunday i eat the remainer 4 chicken balls and a small grille cod ...i feel guilty to eat ...help
i added the cals and it came to around 4000 i know we dont count cals at slimming world but i was keen to see how much I eat it is enough for 3 days worth of food ..how do i get over this guilty feeling???:cry:
