Feeling guilty :-(

Well day 2 and ive failed and i ate, im know on my mums exerciae trainer to do 60 mins to burn of 805 calories and i ate 715 (ish) calories, so doing this will burn of all the food i ate. From know on before going out with family i am gunba ask if they eating out n id they say yes then im nt gunna go lol. Tea tonight will be a normal shake
 
ah I wouldn't dwell on it, I would see it as a reward for your future effort on the diet. well that's my way of thinking anyway.....
 
I wouldn't feel guilty, But well done for working it off! Just try and suss out what made you eat and how you can avoid it happening again. You can go out for food, just order something very healthy, with lots of protien and minimal carbs, like a prawn cocktail, as a starter but served with everyone elses main meals, but definatley without any sauce!!!! Only if you know you really really can't help yourself! x
