I've had the weirdest couple of weeks. Got food poisoning on a Thursday and put a pound on after all the lack of food and getting rid of anything I did eat.
So the next weigh in was the day after my parents 40th wedding anniversary so I didn't weigh in and I probably won't this week either
So demotivated but at the same time don't want to give up. Stuck in a rut

Think the salon shampoos and conditioners are the only thing that stops the fade properly. Expensive though eh
