Thanks for the suggestion. I used to get the reduced fat cheese, but I prefer the full fat version. I always found that the reduced fat didn't melt as nicely. I get strong cheese so the flavour goes a long way. Also I don't like milk (I have less on my cereal than most people have in their tea/coffee), so I don't feel I'm missing out at all.
