EatPrayLove great to hear about your friends sister maintaining her weight loss - because people tend to disappear off here once they get to goal it sometimes seems like relapse is inevitable! 2 years of maintaining is fantastic... I think if I can get that far I'll know I've cracked it (oh yeah, just have to get to goal first
