Ok, if I eat foods high in fibre on SW (I'm following the EE plan) how likely is it that this will make me...uh, y'know...'go' more, meaning I will lose weight quicker?

Sorry for the slightly yucky question, but it's way after dinner time :)D) and I'm curious!

Hi there.

Of course if you eat more fibre, things will begin to move, but also remember to drink plenty of water too, it will make it easier to pass..if you know what I mean?!
Off topic, Im sitting down to eat! Lol..but it doesnt bother me :)

Thanks for the response :)

I was just reading up a wee bit about fibre and it seems that, from what I've read, soluble fibre is the stuff that makes you poop more. Can anyone confirm this?

I find that eating excessive amounts of fibre has the opposite effect, so drink lots and lots of water if that's your plan.
