is this okay to have?

dunno what to do cos didn't go to loo yesterday, which is the first time this has happened since i started...

now i can't actually go... whats the best option? the least painful the better lol

First of all fibersure is fine to take and to be honest I think its well worth taking daily while on this diet.

Is it just you didnt go for one day or are you feeling constipated, because remember you are taking in less so you will go less

well i went to ASDA to get some Fibresure, didn't have any, the woman looked at me like i was stupid... didn't have a clue what i was talking about...

got some dulcolax aswell... hopefully i'll feel better soon

BE WARNED!! when taking duxolax take it about 7pmish then stay in ha ha ha ha I nearly had an incident in work (ive erased it from my mnd!) ha ha only take one as well i made the mistake of taking 2 and i thought my tummy was gonna explode ha ha ha x
