Hi everyone! re-starting on TS this week after a few months off. On day 4 and feeling good! doing 3 shakes a day (though been nibbling on little slices of ham here and there
lol however dont think its kicked me out of ketosis) not feeling all that hungry so thats a good sign! Absolutely cant wait to see the fight with the flubber pay off! also been going for long walks, about 3-4 miles and doing some power-hooping to bust the butt! Hope you all are feeling good!
