Hi everyone! re-starting on TS this week after a few months off. On day 4 and feeling good! doing 3 shakes a day (though been nibbling on little slices of ham here and there :( lol however dont think its kicked me out of ketosis) not feeling all that hungry so thats a good sign! Absolutely cant wait to see the fight with the flubber pay off! also been going for long walks, about 3-4 miles and doing some power-hooping to bust the butt! Hope you all are feeling good!:D

Thankyou! only had a loss of 3lb so far :( but thats prob due to the fact i had a few cheeky drinks at the weekend! back on track now though and nothing upcoming too soon so diving in head first this week! how are u getting on? xx
