As the title says this is the last time i'm starting.
Due to bereavement its been a tricky week. Started really well but have eaten over the weekend.
Just been for my weigh in and most surprisingly i've lost 3lbs! I'm delighted and feeling good for the coming week especially with a funeral to attend on Wednesday.
    Best wishes to all.

Good Luck Mollydog you haven't got too far to go now and have done so well! Best wishes for this week I know how difficult it can be to keep strong on a diet when you are having to cope with bereavement. x
