final two stone, need to focus

Well, I started my weight loss journey in July 2013, weighing 15st 10 lbs. I got down to 12st 3lbs by September 2013,then it all went to pot lol. We went to cape Verde for two weeks, where I put on almost a stone. Came home and I had lost it totally. Had Christmas, trying half heartedly to get back on track, but without much success, then lost a dear friend (my daughter's mother-in-law ) and all of a sudden it's clicked back into place. My weight this morning is 12st 10lbs and I will be posting my meals and hopefully a few pics on here to help keep me focused. Hope you don't get fed up of hearing from me. Wish me luck lol xx
 
Well, got my day sorted. Before leaving for work I got my tea ready for when I get back. Feeling so organised, let's hope it lasts.

b. Strawberries and banana with ww yogurt
d. Home made mixed veg soup with chunks of gammon.
t. Gammon, baby salad potatoes and salad, beetroot.

Healthy extra a will be milk, no doubt, for my cuppas and my b will more than likely be bread with my soup.
