Final Weight - how do you decide??

    This is mainly directed at those of you who have gotten to goal but someone else might be able to help!

    How do you decide what is goal for you? Do you go by BMI, how you look/feel or what??

    I reckon my goal weight (currently 150) might be too low for me .. based on how I feel right now and what family (normally quite critical) are saying!!

    Just wondering if anyone can share their pearls of wisdom with me!!

    I think go on size more than weight - as people see you but don't know what you weigh. A healthy BMI is a good indication you are in the right area - but I'd still say it is down to how YOU feel about your body/size/weight that matters.

    I have set my BMI slightly above 25 then I will re-evaluate as I want to do it on how I feel not what my BMI is, as it doesn't take into account body frame etc...

    I say go by whatever size you want to be. I plan on getting to a size 12 and if i like it then that is how i will stay.(hopefully):)
