This is mainly directed at those of you who have gotten to goal but someone else might be able to help!
How do you decide what is goal for you? Do you go by BMI, how you look/feel or what??
I reckon my goal weight (currently 150) might be too low for me .. based on how I feel right now and what family (normally quite critical) are saying!!
Just wondering if anyone can share their pearls of wisdom with me!!
