Finally I got my....

1/2 stone award which I find amusing as Ive been there like 18 weeks or something :rotflmao: but Im only actually basing it that I "re-started" 6 weeks ago as thats when I finally decided Green & EE's had defeated me and went back on to Red Days for good so Im 6lb down in 6 weeks (2lb loss the week before I officially restarted) and im Chuffed to bits!

I'm feeling confident I WILL reach my goal now instead of feeling like I was trying to claw myself out of a bottomless pit!

WOO WOO Go me!

I do however really need to knock the exercise up a notch, by knocking it up a notch I clearly mean I need to actually START exercising, Im really slack and I need to get of my backside & make time, then hopefully it might mean an extra lb or so a week which will make a hell of alot a difference.

Well done YOU! Sometimes, we have to try out all the Slimming World plans, before deciding what actually works best for us, at a specific time! Strangely enough, I started off doing green all the time and at first that suited me fine, but I got to a stage where the weight just wasn't shifting any more, then I went onto red all of a sudden and the weight started moving again ..... when the extra easy plan came out last Christmas, I started on that and AGAIN the weight seemed to move again, after a few "stagnant" weeks! I've been on Slimming World for quite some time and so I've tried every combination possible ..... I think ..... different plans work better at different times ....... for me, at least! Good luck with your journey, and the Red plan! Exercise CAN work WONDERS, but just don't expect MIRACLES lol! Best o'luck'n'stuff!

Well done om persevering and getting you half stone award. I mix the plans around all the time so it's definitely worth changing things sometimes. Good luck xx

Well done on sticking with it, don't knock yourself with words like '1/2 stone award which I find amusing as Ive been there like 18 weeks or something' its your goal and something you should be proud of, you should not be ashamed of the duration it took to achieve but the length of dertermination you strech to make it happen. Well done and be proud of yourself :)
Also variety is key to help losing weight!
