2 in 2 days :eek: thats amazing. what a challenge well done. How long have you been running?
 
I got back in last night from being in Europe for a few weeks so I'll update this soon.
 
The before was back in August 2016 and sadly that's not even the highest weight I was at. The during picture is September 1, 2017. There's about 75lbs difference IMG_9174.JPG

And the before was one week after I started Keto in January 2017 and the during is also September 1, 2017 with 75lbs dofference

Week 35: When I left for my 2 week vacation I was at 242.2lbs. During my trip, I was about 70% Keto. Coming back I had a 22 hour traveling day with all the flights and car rides. I arrived late Sunday. Monday morning I weighed in at 256. I knew that a lot of it was from the swelling. I jumped back on Keto that morning. I was down to 247 in 3 days. This morning (6 days after that 256lb weigh in), and I'm at 241.2 which brings it to a total of 14.8lbs so yeah, I lost all of it and more in less than a week. Strict Keto and counting my macros works for me. I love you, Keto.

Hi, I'm new here. I'm 21, I've always been overweight. When I was 15, my dad got me a personal trainger $960 for 36 sessions which I would go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I ate only healthy food. I lost 25 pounds in those 3 months and then after those sessions, I quit.

Now I'm at 270 pounds and I'm only 5'5. Yesterday was my first day of dieting and it went pretty well.

This is just something I can come back to and write on instead of eating junk food. I'll try to come back once a week for the weigh in.

My long term goal is to lose 140 pounds total, I will accomplish this. I do want to get down to 247 by dec 25th.

Was browsing and came across your post :) you've done soo well, will read some of your past posts am thinking a keto diet for long term maintenance when I reach my goal as opposed to low cal, low fat which I've done in the past...

The August 2016 picture was me wearing a 2XL shirt during a 5k. I started my journey January 15, 2017. That September picture of me wearing a large was taken today for a 5k. I can’t believe that that’s how I used to look. It’s hard to know that I let myself get to that unhappy place. But man the difference is spectacular and I’m a much happier person! I’m loving this journey that I’m on!

Hi there!!! Right now I’m between 1450-1600 calories a day depending on how much of a workout I get. I also don’t eat back my calories that I’ve worked out.

I eat a lot of fish (tuna, tilipia, Swai, salmon, etc) and usually turn that into a salad. Like 100g lettuce, 1 whole avocado chopped in pieces, 2-4 pieces of bacon chopped in pieces, and 1 serving of dressing.

I eat salmon burgers too.

Turkey burgers with just cheese melted on it.

Chicken breast.

Chicken wings (I can eat these all day lol)

And loads and loads of veggies. Mainly spinach (I put 85g of it in my shake daily), asparagus, Brussels sprouts, and broccoli.

Whatever I think of or craving, I just make it but remove all the heavy carbs basically lol
 
September 30th was when I last posted?! Whoops!!! I forgot to check in, haha. Still doing Keto. Still active on my instagram. And I’m on week 3 of 10K training. My half marathon is in April so I’m just focusing on that. And I graduate college in 7 days!
