It's been a rough month but that's okay. Not every journey is smooth sailing. Moving forward to August and not allowing myself to beat myself down whatsoever. Gotta stay positive.

My vacation to Bosnia to see family is in 28 days and I hope I weighed a lot less by now but oh well, just gotta stay consistent going forward.
 
Thats the spirit! I too haven't reached my goal yet but I know I will get there in the end.
