I wanted to share with you something that has really helped me get my head into the right place before doing this diet.
Indian medicine has a concept called chakra's which they see as energy points that run up your spine. Each point is a different chakra and is related to a different emotion or action.
Anyway the point is that their theory is that if each chakra is alligned then you are happy and healthy. This is definitely true.
Basically it is a way of assessing how you are doing and what areas of your life may benefit from a bit of work. What work you do is then up to you.
Ignoring the hippyness (if that's not your thing) just consider the following questions:

Do you eat only good healthy food?
Do you get enough exercise?
Do you look after your money wisely?
