Well i think iv had a good week, worked out loads and got my weigh in tomorrow morning i just feel so bloated, but as i looked through my food diery this week iv not gone over but some of what iv eaten i think i could have made better choices, so that is my target for next week every day make the best choice possible.
 
Just wanted to wish you luck for your weigh in :) I'm attempting to only weigh myself monthly so I don't lose motivation if I don't see any losses...we'll see how that works out lol :rolleyes:
