morning peeps !!!

well ive finally finished attack , i have done it for 4 days
stepped on the scales this morning and have lost another 0.8lb...
that takes my total loss on attack to
4.8lb !!!!

im soooooooooo happy...my first day on cruise today going out for a meal tonight as its my birthday...cant wait to eat some lovely greans today..
thanks to everyone for their support so far, it really helps..

Well done maddy1 and Happy Birthday! I was going to do 5 days attack but yesterday I said it would be my last day so am starting cruise today a loss of 2 this morning so that total of 5lbs in the 4 days so I'm delighted just like you!
I dont know what to eat for breaky now! choices choices

i know i feel like ive got so much choice to eat today ha ha, even more weird i actually feel like im cheating by eating the greens how mad is that !!!!

well done on your loss too, bet you feel great !!! , it really does put a smile on your face doesnt it seeing the numbers go down on the scales .xx

i can feel a hame and mushroom omelette winging its way to me for my breakfast yum yum ,,xx
