First day after 4 weeks off

GRRRRRRR CHEMIST !!!

Well what was i saying yesterday about my chemist be so nice

I went to buy my shakes today and it was a different lady not very nice either =(

I explained i started on Saturday that i weighed myself at home and i was 15stone 1 she said NO NO NO

You must weigh here i can't put that your start date weight was 15stone 1 as you didnt get weighed here :sigh:i explained it would be a Saturday when i come in every week just that i had popped in to buy shakes !!

so anyway regardless she put my start date as today and made me weigh in i didn't really want to as its the start of my 4th day my weight was 14stone 11 so i have already lost 4lb but i didn't really want to know !!!!

Anyway im going to update my weight on here so i can keep an accurate record seeing as she wouldn't take my actual start date as Saturday

blown the wind outta my sales today feeling a bit poo :cry::cry:

Let it go. Don't get bothered by it. Weigh in at home each Saturday for your notes and let her weigh you when you need shakes. As long as the numbers keep dropping, keep smiling
